Aromastick inhalers work by delivering scents directly to the olfactory epithelium in the nose from where they trigger the brain into an immediate psychological and physiological response.
Research shows that scents delivered from an Aromastick are three times more effective than when used in conventional aromatherapy. They are easy to take along and use, without the risk of contact allergies.
Simply twist the cap open, hold directly under your nose and, holding one nostril closed, sniff deeply. Then repeat with the other nostril.
The Aromastick inhalers can be used as and when needed.
Aromastick last up to six months after opening. Make sure to screw the cap on tightly after use so the scent can’t escape. Storing them in a cool place also helps them last longer too.
The Aromastick inhaler is not recommended for children under six. If you have known sensitivity to any of the oils, if you are prone to seizures and if you are pregnant, it is recommended that you seek advice from your doctor before use. The Aromastick natural inhalers are not a substitute for self- or doctor-prescribed medication.
Multiple studies have shown that there are no side-effects from using an Aromastick. If you have any known sensitivites to any of the oils we use, or if you notice any side-effects, stop using it immediately.
