Ingredients:

Organic Peppermint Oil, Organic Rosemary Oil, Organic Lavender Oil.

Directions:

During the acute phase of pain, sniff deeply through one nostril while keeping the other closed. Hold the scents a few seconds and breathe out through the mouth. Repeat with the other nostril. Wait five seconds and repeat the cycle two more times.

Repeat the procedure as needed.
